Big God Yes

There’s a surge of people expressing their experiences with the Law of Attraction, a life process known by great achievers throughout the earth. Some feel it’s about vision boards and mantras. Others believe you must think of something for a long period of time as a separate exercise of some sort. Few understand the deeper, subtle, and complex facets of it all in every moment of our lives.

Science now knows there is a force fields all around us. Dark matter is what we used to call space. There is no “space” there is only matter in different forms. We literally mold our lives from the matter around us, like molding clay with our thoughts.

Besides the quantum-physics aspect of the law of attraction, there is a more understandable, physical aspect Id’ like to share.

Here’s a good example. I was preparing to practice yoga in my home and I invited my love to join me. She came out of the room and said, “practice with you separately?” Why yes, I replied. I was granting her wish. Come to find out later it was not what she wanted. She wanted to practice with me, for me to lead the practice together.

What happened? She called forth or evoked the energy of practicing separately. If she had not brought forth the thought I would have not granted it. This is a “ask and you shall receive” moment, for you attract what you fear the most. Had I thought about it more, I may have asked more details about her request.  Such thoughts were not present within me because I was already preparing my practice. In the practice we eliminate thought and distraction to move into being. So I granted her request and stayed in a state of simplistic energy.  Think of it as “Your wish is granted and I don’t need to inquire further”. Just know your desire and ask for that. Passivity can lead to confusion.

Law of attraction works like this in every moment. When we think or speak of something, we are evoking the creative energy of that thought, the ability to create it. Some of these creations are immediate and others are over time as the energy we put forth is a smaller subtler voice in our heads.

In conversations we may acknowledge certain beliefs when a topics comes up, sometimes passively, but do not put our attention to it regularly.  These little acknowledgments are like small  bank deposits. This is also known by motivational guru Jeff Olson as the Slight Edge, little things we say, do and believe over time that culminate into reality. It ‘s a constant law  which can disrupt our life or bring us constant joy and happiness .

The God energy we seek to humble ourselves to, wishes for us to be happy and achieve our desires. This God force provides our ability to use free will to create it.  Think of God as saying yes to our every thought whether we really want it or not. It is for us to understand this great power. Evoking or calling forth problems is in our hands, or should I say, minds.

Be the change you wish to see. Be how you wish to be. If you wish to be happy, healthy and wealthy. Begin with being happy. Personal happiness does not require any external circumstances. How about using the slight edge and begin to be healthy? How about using your happy, healthy self to guide you to the perfect accomplishment for your version of wealth?

In yoga we surrender to the Slight Edge philosophy. We seek to only move forward in our physical transformation by a single micro-movement at a time. The true practice of yoga forces us to be in the moment. We learn that through surrender and humility transformation comes quicker be it reconditioning or healing . It’s a true example of the subtlety of the Law of Attraction. We are placing the vision of what we want in our mind. Then we surrender to the experience rather than forcing it and it comes quicker. It’s a lesson I’ve taken to heart and practiced in all aspects of my life.

Whether immediate or slow you mold the space around you every moment. Mold your masterpiece. I hope this helps.

Much Aloha

Coastline Complexity – Our Two Earth Worlds

Our coastline boasts great beauty, but can be something of a paradox.

Coastlines the merging of two worlds, water-world with land, the underworld with the over-world.

the ancient seas and our two worlds
Coastline Complexity

Where coastlines exist, humans find magic.  We ponder life, seek answers and appreciate nature’s magnificence.  While living most of my life within coastal cities, I have found the magnificence of the coastline carries some interesting oppositions. A coastline draws the wealthy to build homes and the homeless to find comfort.  The coastline is also where waste pushed into the sea is returned to  land. On the most isolated beaches we find tons of waste returned from the sea. On warm weather beaches, homeless and the destitute leave waste of their own.

Coastlinesare the dumping point for our misdeeds

All walks of life seek to retreat and vacation on coastlines. We swim in the water where it is safe,  safe from the wild deep and dangerous creatures, but it’s the crust, the outer edge, the dregs of earth’s ripple we swim.

The coastline can be like a kitchen blender stirring and breaking everything up into small pieces including body parts of those using the coastline as a sport. We find treasures and secret messages in bottles sent out to sea in hopes of reaching a magical outcome. Our fantasy with the coastline runs deep. Even the Sirens of Mythology used the coastline to attract and destroy those whom fall prey to the voice of the coastline creatures.

taming the oceans waves Surfing the edge of our coastline

Coastlines are transition points.

Rogue waves consume land life.  Others leap from the mystery of life on the edge of seaside cliffs. There is a human drive to see and feel the coastlines beauty unaffected by the transitional boundary lines.

Rouge waves on our coastlines

We fall into the fantasy of white water.  As a child this white water was mingled with black tar which took hours to scrub off and fade away.   Many sprinkle the ashes of loved ones on the waters edge, as if the sea entitles them to merge with a stronger force, to spread throughout the planet and travel to distant worlds.

offering ashes of loved ones from our coastlines

On a Santa Monica beach, a rogue wave washed my infant body from the comfort of my mothers arms under our shaded beach blanket. When the wave retreated I was found lying in the arms of earths sandy berm.  To this day I get anxious when I’m away from the sea for too long.  Sometimes I feel my infant body replaced with the spirit of another,  a more watery being. Or did the feeling of our saline earth washing over my new skin possess me to never forget….

we are earths mystery

We are water creatures on land. We are the mystery.

In yoga we seek to always be in the mystery. Surrendering allows us to experience the now. Yoga asanas or postures become an intense experience with the attitude of surrender. We learn to be unknowing. We practice without expectation, for the wave of uncertainty looms in every moment. Seeking to be present allows the subtle energy of life show us who we are.

Coming Together for Humanity 2016

Throughout my travels I have been in many situations where people came together to handle a conflict or situation where there was no, police, guard or military to enforce “law and order.”  In every situation people would come together for the sake of humanity and use natural law and self-rule. In other words, people did what was right and seemed to be guided from their wisdom and their heart.

In “modern” society we are led to believe through misleading news stories and other media  that our neighbors are to be feared and we must have policing, cameras and rules to be safe from our terrifying neighbors especially those from other neighborhoods. This has kept us from discovering the beauty in each other and has literally created disharmony against each other. When given a chance to self-rule, people will follow natural order. People understand our human nature and respect humanity. People when called upon to lead and support will do what is fair and just. People do not need fear of prosecution to do what is right.  These blanketed rules and laws linked with prosecution causes more rebellion and dis-harmony against society.

There is a famous quote by Helen Keller which goes “Avoiding danger, in the long run, is no safer than outright exposure. The meek get caught as often as the bold.”

This is a natural law. It is what we speak about in yoga as Dharma, natural law, natural order. Even the safest cars, the toughest laws and the best laid plans will not hold up to what is to be or what could be. It is the same as decriminalizing drugs. When we decriminalize drugs, drugs are used less and society prospers more. Laws and fear of prosecutions only destabilize society.

The best way we can begin to experience harmony with each other is to use more of our intuition and heart. yes it’s true even a handshake with someone we thought we could trust might end up in trouble, but the more we fine-tune our instincts the more we begin to attract and even create harmonious relations. One way to do this is to go back to the original intuitive building exercise, meditation. Meditation connects us with the highest source of intuition and heart, and in the heart is where our future experiences receive light.

There is a wave of intuition and heart space building  within humanity that is growing larger. Like a tsunami, the power behind our growing heart and influence of natural order will overcome.

The media and leaders want us to fear the massive amount of police and military that have been created to keep order to the “laws.” The one thing to remember is that these people who are the police and military are blue-collar people with families and children. It doesn’t take much intelligence to know what is right when it comes to being a good person to our family and friends.  As our prayers and meditations grow, the light will penetrate and reveal itself in the hearts of those employed to do harm to humanity for the sake of laws designed to oppress the people.

Our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers in the service sector will in the end, be there to protect us, not harm us. Believe in this idea and the idea will blossom.

Start first by self-ruling yourself. Just because someone mistakenly does something out of the norm or law, if it is not harming anyone or anything, be love. If someone swerves into your lane, notify but don’t chastise.  begin to live a life of natural law not “criminal law.” Become a support to the human nature we all fall into. “Thee who has no sin throw the first stone,” I once heard. 🙂

In fact,  follow less rules and life in more harmony with the natural law.  Moral disobedience, let’s break more laws in order to find order and harmony in a natural way!

Ancient Secrets to Longevity Fitness Challenge

Need to Exercise?   Short on time?   Want to add more to your fitness routine?

Challenge yourself with this ancient fitness routine to boost your health and longevity.

For 30 days take the 15 minutes to do these rites everyday!

In the book “Secrets to the Fountain of Youth” a man shares his discovery of this longevity exercise. Traveling deep in the Himalayas, he found a tribe of Tibetan Priests  who shared their secrets of their longevity health. These Lamas looked far younger than their age and lived a very long time.

Do these rites diligently over 30 days and see for yourself how much strength and agility you create. Start slowly the first week with as many repetitions as you can, maybe only three or four.   Be sure to do the same amount of repetitions for each rite. Stay with it and increase the repetitions each week. Give yourself the chance to work up to the maximum of twenty one (21) repetitions of each rite.

Along with any longevity program, be aware of your eating habits and mental stress. Stress is the main factor in all disease therefore learning more about mindfulness will help. Eating more than one type of food at a time also creates stress within the body. Eat fewer combinations of food and utilize more herbs. Do not eat late. Learn to stop eating after 5 PM. Do not eat sugar in the evening and learn to eliminate sugar all together. Eat more good fats andreduce alcohol intake. For more dietary guidelines read my HEALTH INSIGHTS PAGE.

The biggest challenge to these rites for beginners is the process by which toxins or metabolic waste are squeezed out of the system causing nausea or dizziness. This is exactly what the body needs and shows how purifying these rites are. Start slow and get through it. Health and longevity awaits!

HERE WE GO!

RITE number ONE

The first rite is a simple one. It is done for the express purpose of speeding up the vortexes. Spinning helps open the vortexes better than anything else. Spinning is also known to elevate consciousness and bring one into a heightened state of awareness. Children do it all the time when they’re playing.

Stand erect with arms outstretched, horizontal to the floor and begin to spin to the right.  At first, adults tend to get dizzy easy because they are not used to it and the energy centers spinning open creates a surge we are not used to. Once the body becomes used to spinning, it become quite an energizing experience. stay diligent.

Do what dancers do. Focus on a single point as you begin to spin then at your maximum twist turn quickly your head 180 degrees and focus on another single point as you spin.

RITE number TWO

Rite number two continues to open the vortexes.

Comfortably lie flat on your back. Place your hands along side your body and bring your chin to your chest. Raise your legs straight up and even a little more towards your head if you can, keeping your back flat on the floor. Do not bend the knees. With each repetition use a rhythmic breath. Do your best. You will get stronger as you go. You will amaze yourself.

Fist, sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front. Place your hands on the floor along side your buttocks. Bring your chin to your chest. Now thrust your head back as you raise your body up off the floor as if to create it as a table.  As you come to the table position breathe deep and hold the breath for just a moment as you firm every muscle in the body. Come back to first position with your buttocks in the center of your hands and your chin to chest.

Do this with rhythmic breath and continue in an even flow the entire set of repetitions. You’ll see the benefits quickly.

Falling Down and Getting Up Again

The desire for a good live, food, water and comfort is something on everyone’s mind. Sometimes we get so excited for life we wish to use our skills and achieve great things.  IN the process of achievement comes an even greater factor of circumstances which may hinder or create a pitfall in our process. After a while, we learn that these pitfalls are part of the process and our ability to overcome them is the real story of our lives.

Growing up a middle class family, I never felt I was missing anything. We always had Christmas presents. There was always food on the table. I could join sporting teams and given every opportunity the privileged 15% of people in the world get to experience.

Later in life, when I realized how privileged Americans were, I began to wonder what it must be like to be someone who wakes up to wonder if they would have food to eat, or where they might be sleeping. In our privileged culture we have the opportunity to experience such disparity by choice. That is, if a person over-extends themselves or entrepreneur experiences a venture collapse lifting oneself, or a family up from the bottom can be a traumatizing experience, but we still have the opportunity to do it again.

Anyone who’s trekked into the landscape of creating their own way, developing new ideas or companies, and mastering new ways of doing business will eventually encounter a roadblock, hit a wall, even experience complete destruction of well-thought-out plans. Every entrepreneur knows of the risks involved. It is often said, if you’re not ready to lose it all, you won’t have the strength to make it through. Those who’ve ever accomplished anything had to encounter pitfalls and failures. The failures, however, are not failures of self, but only lessons to direct the next step.

famous famous people whove overcome great obsticles

There are hundreds of examples. Here are a few you may or may not know:

~Soichiro Honda’s unique vision got him ostracized by the Japanese business community.

~R.H. Macy had a series of failed retail ventures throughout his early career.

~Colonel Harland David Sanders was fired from dozens of jobs before founding a fried chicken empire.

~Thomas Edison’s teachers told him he was “too stupid to learn anything”.

~After Harrison Ford’s first small movie role, an executive took him into his office and told him he’d never succeed in the movie business.

~Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, had his first book rejected by 27 different publishers.

~A young Henry Ford ruined his reputation with a couple of failed automobile businesses.

~While developing his vacuum, Sir James Dyson went through 5,126 failed prototypes and his savings over 15 years.

~J.K. Rowling was a single mom living off welfare when she began writing the first “Harry Potter” novel.

(Business Insider online 2016)

These pitfalls are part of the process. Through my recent encounter with failure, I discovered the truth of what I’ve spoke about as a teacher. If one has access to water, the battle is half  solved. Having access to water and exercising is the foundation for a healthy life. Food can be found. In Hawaii, you can find many wild edible plants that are healthy and medicinal. Maintaining a healthy mind through it all is what keeps you going. It means letting go of attachment and expectations. Maintaining physical and mental health really is the primary force for living well. From there, one can use the strength to create anew.

I see many people with lots of “things” who can barely move and seem so uncomfortable in their body. In this fundamental knowing, I see the stark contrast of how we’ve created living in this material world. People who are fit and at their natural body weight do not need to each so much. It is the nutrient density of the food that determines the quantity. Wise ones know this. I eat a simple dish of dark greens and find fullness and vibrancy. If we as a species moved into this simple wisdom all our problems would be solved, but gluttony and external gratification have become the teaching methods of the young, so much so that there is a generation of people who know nothing else. It is also these attachments that puts stress on the one attempting to lay it on the line and risk it all for a new life.

Those who’ve been stripped of external things either move into wisdom or panic at the loss, and fall victim of ego control. Drugs, alcohol, complaining, and blaming will only continue the experience. A strong person can say, thank God I have the ability to make new choices, and I will start with the choice to appreciate my body and my ability to learn.

Hellen Keller quote

Helen Keller is one of my inspirational mentors. One of her many quotes: “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”

So if you find yourself in a state of deconstruction, read the stories of those who’ve been through it. Keep your head up. You’re not alone. There is a lot of deconstruction happening these days throughout the world. Cry when you need to. Let it out, then lift yourself up. Pray regularly and look for the signs. Perform a ritual to shed unwanted energy. Burn some sage around you and your home. Love yourself. This too shall pass.

Share the love.

Mahalo.

Live and Let Die

There’s an over-riding element to ones behavior that determines the fate of our living experience.

Natural healing is a truly powerful experience but ultimately its a decision to live or die.  My love and I follow the methods of our mentors Dr. Christopher and Dr. Schulze for our own lives and share their knowledge with others in need. However, the knowledge of self healing goes deeper than the physical nature of living and places the decision to live or die on the patient.

Recently, we have been in contact with someone in need of healing from a major disease. From the onset of meeting this person, it was clear they were battling emotional turmoil which kept them from healing. Dr. Schulze says, “We would never take anyone into our clinic until they first admit they caused the illness, and are willing to deal with the emotional issue around why they caused the disease.”

Yoga teaches truth

The truth of who we are in every moment through the process of one pointed focus and meditation reveals our inner truth. In meditation, we can see clearly. When we begin to see clearly, we can take correct action for our lives. This person suffering from disease has obvious emotional issues, and is unaware of its relationship to their dis-ease. They are bouncing from one healing fad to another, not facing core methods proven to heal.

Why? Often because dealing with the truth is too difficult. Even those “trying” to heal naturally look for a quick fix. Through this experience, I have come to know what the expression “battling disease” refers to.  It is like fighting to get your way, while avoiding the rules of the game. It’s like the choice to live or die is not our choice but rather a decision based on how many external points are gained.

live or die attracts like minded.

People create avoidance energy around them to attract others who are emotionally unstable, co-dependent, even harmful to support their beliefs. My love and I, full of experience, wisdom and compassion many times have been avoided in lieu of those better suited for disabling or coddling the sick one. We see this, and still hold the perfect vision of their good health, feeding the light within them to help attract an awakening.

What we focus on, grows. As a healing team, we intuitively observe one’s presence, evaluate, and send light to those in need. When one is seeking to regain life, it is usually best to look for possible alternative to the norm or expected behaviors of those close to us.

We support whatever path you choose.

We prefer not to feed one’s weakness, instead we like to uplift. One must be ready to do the work and commit to whatever it takes, and be diligent in order to change the current reality. Live and let die. Let go of current perceptions if you seek a new reality; this in itself is a form of death which produces new life, like a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly.

Blessings on your path. Believe in mother nature. You are loved. You are love. The love that created you will always sustain you. Love thyself, heal thyself.

The Energy of Oneness

Ten turtles were feeding in the waters below me off the reef. We were having a sunrise picnic. Such a gentle creature and fun to swim with. Look into their eyes and see the universal expression of the song. Look into the eyes of a goat, a turtle a chicken or the family dog and see the same expressions. The expressions we all know so well, expressions of love or fear.

turtle-town-07

Anyone who’s cared for an animal recognizes in their eyes the responses of their environment in its acute form. Each moment is a direct reflection of the song. Is the song love or fear? The eyes are universal.  Sometimes we have to refine our powers of observation to see clearly but they’re there.

happy-dog-02

The eyes of love are harmonious to the song of love, the feelings of joy. The eyes of fear are experiencing the vibrational energy of disharmony.

Harmony, comes from tuning into the song which feels like a melody, a vibration any human would enjoy. Since joy is what we wish to have in our lives, the more we practice creating joy the more it will be reflected to us. A harmonious song is easy to listen to whereas a disharmonious song or voice is almost painful to hear.

disharmonious sounds

To be in tune to the harmony is to discover the frequency which creates a feeling of perfection, a natural and welcoming vibration. “Perfection” itself is a misnomer. We are perfectly imperfect and life is perfect with both benevolent and malevolent behaviors. So what is perfection and is “harmony” only representative of good?   Good and bad are only judgments based on one’s belief system which are individually created so harmony has nothing to do with good or bad. It is irrelevant to the song.

When a beautiful song is played be it from a genre of metal or a symphony the order and method of the song brings forth a sense of perfection. Like a fractal managing the chaos of life’s ripple of energy. It is the path of least resistance, the natural path.

enjoying the soud

I don’t know why it works this way. There is a sacred harmony, notes played in a way that sings to the heart. It creates a joy we get to experience it. It is a method of being human which makes it worth the trip. The sweet song of harmony which provides joy in the human experience makes our days worth while. The harmony can be seen in the eyes of any woman or man, four-legged, winged or furry one. The harmony is the eyes of love, contentment and joy.

We live within this natural law, the pain/pleasure principle. All living creatures as small as the paramecium draw towards that which is pleasurable and draws away from that which is unpleasant.  We are in constant motion to make life more comfortable for us even within our own bodies.

connections

Though pain and pleasure are parts of the song, we get to choose which energy to mold our lives around. Whereas animals represent themselves in perfect truth moment to moment, humans have this unique ability to hide their truth and expressions to others. Those they relate with can choose to be in denial with them. In these experiences we feel the after-effects, the prolonged expression of our minds own prison, guilt and regret. We either learn from our experiences to develop a stronger path of truth or stay in denial and repeat patterns. We do not need to continue to experience war and oppression to know it is not desirable. We already have the programing to know what behaviors would be joyful just by reading the description.  It’s our choice to order from the menu, the experience of disharmony. We don’t have to.

woman-with-menu

Even if our current circumstance is painful, we can turn our eyes to the path of a better feeling, a more comfortable experience within and therefore a turn in events. True joy really is felt within. The outer experiences are like frosting on the cake, a tangible feeling as a result of our inner self.  When it feels exhilarating, we are in the place of respect and compassion for all humans within the song of life. This is where we see the possibility of our society in freedom and wellness, where the eyes of your fellow human are serene in the harmonious beauty of the song of ourselves. To find harmony we must first be in tune. Have compassion and allow for the bliss to be nurtured within all.  Decide in every moment if your actions have created harmony or resisted the natural flow and caused unexplained fear or pain.  Learn to speak less, listen more and be okay with keeping your opinion to yourself once and awhile. Share your heart through your eyes. “You must be the change you wish to see in the world” ~ Mahatma Ghandi

When Natural Healing isn’t Working

Our own ideas about natural healing usually get in the way

If natural healing isn’t working than you are doing something unnatural that is effecting your progress. Healing Occurs Naturally. I saw this on a bumper sticker in Flagstaff, Arizona. Stated so clearly, we don’t even have to think about. It’s a state of being. People have driven so far off course in their thoughts that the process of allowing healing to occur naturally is undermined.  The natural abilities of our human existence are not understood.

In the universe as well as in our bodies The macro and the micro are the same.

Each part contains the whole. The way we recover from a scratch is the way we recover from cancer or other diseases. Provide the environment for healing and allow it to happen naturally. We clean the wound and cover it. We clear the issues causing the disease and let healing begin. But where the scratch took only a second to create, other diseases are caused by a more lengthy onslaught of exposure and behaviors. As a scratch can heal in a day, other diseases take a little longer for recovery, long enough to delve into the process of how it all happened. Delving into the process many times is reconstructing ones entire belief system. My mentor Dr Richard Schulze has always said they wouldn’t accept anyone into their healing clinic, of which they have helped cure all 4th stage diseases, unless the patient is willing to look within.

In a coming two part series I will outline the intense and committed process I went through to heal my liver and gut disease which was on a spiral to destroy my living existence. My system shut down and I lost 30 pounds in two months. To be published later this week.  In the mean time get a warm-up with Dr. Schulze. Aloha.

Are You Really Healthy?

In the west and in other parts of the industrialized world, the masses have taken to cities where the lure of fancy goods and prestige become the priority in an ever shortening life span. The idea is to lessen the amount of time it takes to eat, sleep and exercise in order to work more. It is a glaring lacuna in the plan of happiness because when you look at the number one regret amongst the elderly, it’s wishing they didn’t work so much, wishing they spent more time enjoying the simplicity of life and taking care of their health.

But the hypnotic lure of glitter and flashing lights is too much for the average person to resist.  Then when the glitter and night life begins to lose its luster, the masses turn to producing offspring as a way to search for happiness and continue the illusion. It’s an age old symptom that has been addressed by masters for ages… the outward search for happiness.

In the midst of the illusion is our body. Our magnificent human form, waiting to give us the ultimate experience of joy. But instead many humans ignore the magic within and continue to look outward as if we have to somehow attach ourselves to something in order for the magic to ignite. Our bodies go along with the foolishness, working and fighting to keep us alive until the battle is too much for the slowly dwindling strength of our immune system. The onslaught of nutrient deficient foods, chemicals and sugar in the the outward search for pleasure and happiness shifts the focus of life to disease, and the realization that we can no longer search outward. However, there is still the opportunity to lay blame on outside circumstances and label ourselves as being a victim of disease. People can find authorities in medicine, to partner with them to continue ignoring the idea of personal responsibility for health. They can go on with treatments and drugs until the label has been attached and the outcome is assured.

The health of our life is a deep and harmonious responsibility. Many people believe that by exercising regularly, going to the gym and taking their vitamins, they are doing all they can for their health and any event of disease is therefore an uncontrollable misfortune.

Internal happiness is the key to health. I know everyone has heard this age old phrase of wisdom, happiness begins within.  The true source of our health comes from our energy field. Our energy field is created through the conscious and unconscious mind. The path of happiness and abundant health therefore lies in our ability to find happiness within. If one cannot be alone with themselves, sit in quiet without distraction and find comfort, they have not created the proper internal, healing strength. If being alone is uncomfortable and the need for constant distraction is necessary, then the path of fulfillment towards a life of joy is slipping. If one cannot meditate and silence the mind, the outside forces have taken control.

Meditation. A simple solution to everything and the most painful and feared process for many. How can something as non-doing be productive to health? This is the biggest obstacle of thought to overcome. The game of the mind. Do, Do, Do, Think, Think, Think, is the illusion, the trap, the snare that puts one on the fast-track to ill health and disease. We cannot create our outer self, our physical self, from the outer world.  The outer self is created from the inner self.

Meditation allows one to be more in control over the processes of the body. It allows one to perceive the subtleties that our body speaks when it is time to make choices. It allows us to be in touch with the knowing that we truly create ourselves from thought.

Take the leap. You don’t need anything outside yourself. There is no need for a device or a class,  a wrist band or a head piece. Just learn to be still. It’s that simple. Then the strength of self begins to blossom, the power of creation and true wisdom of health.  If one does not develop this inner wisdom of health, it will only be a matter of time until…..

Stirred not Shaken

The turbulent world around us seems to be experiencing a division of ideas on what it is to be human. We definitely have two sides expressing their presence.  It’s a peculiar spectacle to watch at the least. The dark and the light, or is it knowledge and ignorance, synthetic or organic?

Some entities feel humans should not have freedom or knowledge and instead be led into a pre-determined lifestyle free from unique expression, because unique expression would lead to chaos. Then there are those who believe the unlimited free will of humans will express be expressed in harmony and joy and discover a new world of abundance for everyone with no “one” in control.

This expression of creative differences may be referred to as “opponents”, but not really.

There are humans who have been blindly led to a life of disease and confusion. They are lost and will fight to keep their position at all cost rather than face the idea of responsibility for their life and their own direction. These are the slaves of a system. They will not face humiliation or judgment from their peers to become free. They will fight for their system as long as it keeps them fed, numb and entertained. These slaves are controlled by the few. A few people wanting to control  food, water, energy, employment to the system, media and entertainment.

Then there are the awakening ones. These humans have literally, like waking from a bad dream,  shaken off any and all beliefs from the rubbish fed into society by the few who have wanted to control all.

The awakened ones are simply saying no to the system of limitation and offering their precious human energy in another direction. The awakened ones do not want to change the system and continue to ask for permission from the big boss. They are creating a new world out of their exponential growing intelligence and ideas of freedom and living on earth as natural human beings. They understand that Mother Earth can more than provide for everyone, water, energy, food, housing and their is no reason for fear or control.

When you look at it like this, you see the one side using fear and tyranny to manipulate and control more and more people into playing their game, and another group simply walking away to play a new game. But those still clinging to their control game of human limitation want to numb as many as possible to become slaves and help to cage those walking away. It’s not possible. When one has awakened to their ability to create and make choices based on their desires for joy, their is no one with a greater power over them. It’s at this great understanding when the law of attraction is realized and life becomes new again.

The awakening ones know that its our simple joy to live as an example and allow everyone to experience their current beliefs as they are, that lights the way much clearer.  They believe humans have unbounded energy and potential and when harnessed with conscious clarity and passion can create anything.  So they are creating a world free from control and experiencing a dawn of human joy and creativity like never before.

Awaken, for it is better and easier than you may think.

Begin to ignite into ideas of a life with no jobs, no money, abundant food, water, creative freedom, and harmony.

Start with gratitude for you next breath, and move with joy. Keep your heart forward and just say no.
